Normal) - a very old cultivar of ap ple coming home from Russia, probably the former Government of Ku rsk. Widely grown in eastern and northern Europe (including Belar us, the Baltic States, Scandinavian countries). It is very resist ant to frost, as well as apple scab. Which usually results in the second year in great abundance. Fruit of medium size, variable shape mostly spherical or slightly elongated, asymmetrical. The skin is smooth and shiny.
